Good place to rent your car in Lesvos. However the place needs a few more staff as one person cannot attend to all people. They are an agent for many rental co.s so they have lots of clients. You could wait for your turn. The car we had was less than ideal, small and banged up pretty good. Lots of stains on seats and scratches all around. At least the clerk helping was super helpful.

Came to the island via boat, rented a car in advance, from the Mytilene office. It was immediately close to the port! Very convenient location. Personnel was very nice, easy to communicate. Everything was processed smoothly. Return was also very easy, parking spots were available right across from the office. Overall, I could only complain about the prices, they were high compared to western Europe, but if you are planning a holiday in JULY or AUGUST, this overpricing should be calculated I guess...Good news is that this only applies to hotels and car rentals...Otherwise prices are stable, not seasonal.

I arrived at the Lesvos office with a fully paid reservation. The requirement for a credit card was not made clear on Carjet’s site, so I only had a debit card. The car I booked was still available, but the agent offered no solution other than telling me to go rent from another company (impossible in high season). He did not call other agencies or try to work something out, like overcharging my already waiting prepaid rental. After I left the counter, he marked me as a “no show” in the system — even though I had been there in person — which also made it impossible to later transfer the booking to my girlfriend’s name and credit card when she arrived two days later. This was a clear case of zero effort to help a customer, despite the car being ready and paid for. 2 stars because it wasnt just their fault.

Billy’s rentals picked my family up from the airport, took us to the centre of Mytilini, explain the road rules which are different compared to Australia, supplied me with a Opel Corsa went through to familiarise myself with all the car controls as everything is on the opposite side to Australia. When I got a flat tire, I rang Giannis and he had someone come out and change it for us, which was a great help then took us to the tire store to get it replaced straight away. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them !

I used this rental company, the condition of the scooter was OK, no helmets, but here they ride in flip-flops and shorts without helmets so it's OK, the gentleman from the rental company was very nice, we visited Lesvos riding a scooter and it was a great adventure, they take a large deposit but gave it back honestly, we are satisfied, we recommend this company 😃
