Great value for money! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available if I had any questions. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in the center of town with lovely reception staff that are very helpful with everything. Very comfortable and quiet place to stay with everything you'll need.

Maria is the best. If you are not sure where to go, ask her. She helped us so much. The place is very clean and comfortable. Great location in Mytillini. also, the island is wonderful. People are so calm and honest. It is big so give yourself at least 4 days if you want to see most of it.

The place is very close to city center of Lesvos, Mitilini. The price is fair. The rooms are spacius including a kitchen. Mrs. Maria at the reception is very helpful. We would stay again. Thanks.

Very close to the city center, nice A/C, awful beds and mattresses, average cleanliness of the wc. Dont even think about preparing a breakfast at its kitshenette. Nice view to its backyard!

Stayed in the premises two three times, clean silent rooms with balcony and sea view. Close to airport, yet not much noise. Breakfast adequate and salloon big, comfortable. But you need a rental car here, virtually no public transport in Lesvos. Do not believe in the bus hours. Rental car sector is huge. I recommend karpouzi beach when its windy and too much waves.

An excellent base for our exploration of biblical Mytilene, following the Apostle Paul around the Mediterranean world. Our room was up some steep steps so not accessible to all - lower rooms serviced by a lift. Room was well appointed and the service was good.

I stayed here for about a week and had an okay experience. Let's start with the pros: The staff is kind and accommodating with anything you need. I had a late flight in and they allowed me to have a late check in at no additional cost which was really nice. The room was very clean. The location is great, it's about a 5 minute walk to Saphous square which is right by the bus stop and taxis if you need to get anywhere and is bustling with shopping and restaurants. Cons: -The apartments are not soundproof at all. -Everything in the apartment is pretty outdated, there's a lot of potential for this place if they upgrade their appliances and furniture. -My first day I was put into an apartment located on the first floor facing the street, so all night I heard the dogs barking and early in the morning you can hear everyone open and close the main door, the cleaning staff and literally everything. -Day 2: Due to the noise I asked to switch apartments. I was moved up one floor, right above my previous apartment. The noise of current tenants was much less but you could still hear the dogs all night. And to top it off, when I started the AC unit, it smelled terrible, kind of like a dirty bathroom. It was unbearable. I had to shut it off and open all of the windows late at night and deal with the outside noise because the smell was worse. -The next morning I informed the staff who were very apologetic and kind. They moved me to their superior suite across the hall. It was very nice and clean. I was so exhausted after switching rooms two times and frustrated because it took up a considerable part of my day and it was annoying having to unpack and repack everything. The night of the third day, I started the AC unit and the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. It smelled terrible. Being fed up at this point I just kept it off and slept without AC for the remaining 4 days of my trip. If the staff weren't so great I would've given less stars. If you can deal with all of these things then I would say stay here since it is a good location, but I met a lot of individuals during my trip in Lesvos that were staying at much nicer places for cheaper rates and without these issues.

If you are staying a day or a week in Mytilene, this is the place. Lovely staff, super helpful with everything you could want. Quiet and safe, but close to everything. Clean spacious rooms with balconies. Just perfect!

- The lock in my room was half broken. I tried to inform the staff, they ignored me. When I returned to the room at 2.00 in the morning, the lock was fully broken AND NO ONE WAS THERE. I had to wake up the receptionist by phoning at her HOUSE to come and fix it. - Quite expensive for what it offers. - Low water pressure made shower virtually unusable - Cramped room - Cranky staff
