It is not possible to make the delivery over 1 hour for a distance of 1 km. Honestly, even the stones are laughing. I ordered some baby pigs and they arrived earlier. And since your usual answer is that you also have a physical store, the inability to manage the workload is not the customer's problem.

The problem in your case is your inability to understand how a store operates. You can simply not order again and continue buying piglets for faster delivery. And it would be better to enter from normal profiles and not fake ones to evaluate a store.

Unacceptable, I've ordered 3-4 times and it's been at least an hour late. The first time I accept it, but it's not possible for it to be 1 hour late every time I order.

That is why there is always an average waiting time so before someone places an order they know approximately how long their order will take. and in this case the average waiting time before placing your order was one hour so it was within the framework.
