It is beyond belief that the OWNER of the business would not have a basic understanding of customer care and common courtesy towards the customer. I had a problem with my booking made through the Blue Star Ferries website which was confirmed and paid for but they told me they couldn't access my booking to print my ticket. When I politely enquired if they could get in touch with the operator (which they solely represent on Lesvos) he spoke to me in an arrogant and distasteful manner telling me "you don't know who I am and I don't know who you are". I do know you, sir. You're the owner of the business and I am the paying customer with a problem not of my making. That's all one needs to know. Your response speaks volumes about who you are and what your attitude is towards the paying public. @bluestarferries, you may want to reconsider who your representative is!

The owner is unbelievably arrogant, unprofessional and rude. Although the employees were trying to assist us with the issue we had with our tickets, the owner told us that we have to find by ourselves the way around our problem. This is absolutely non-sense for an agency in such a core point (lesvos port) for the greek tourism.
