We were very satisfied! We had booked a taxi with a baby car seat to pick us up from the airport and take us to a specific tour that we had requested. The driver (Mr. Takis) was very polite, helpful and professional. Our journey was very pleasant and safe! Very good service in the call center as well, very good prices and exactly as we had agreed. We used this stop as tourists both on our arrival and departure from the island. The place we went to was Skala Mistegnon. We were very pleased with the gentleman. Thank you all again and again. I will tell everyone about the good things. Greetings to him. My suggestion to tourists is that there is a sign right next to it (YELLOW) with the prices (I will post pictures below) they can use it if they are confused about the prices. It is a stop you can use safely, but I recommend not getting on randomly outside of the designated stop. Thank you again for everything.

I did not expect such service. They have truly exceeded all my expectations. 1) Before arriving in Lesvos I contacted them about the procedures. Their service was prompt and at much more reasonable prices than other people. 2) When we arrived at the airport, Mr. Panagiotis served us. Very polite, with a very clean taxi and explained everything about Lesvos before we arrived at the hotel. 3) Finally, Mr. Stratis. May God bless him. He took us on an excursion on August 15th to Agios Raphael and Taxiarchis. Polite, cheerful, with a clean taxi. He cared if we needed anything. He explained everything to us. His driving was very careful. At the last minute we had to make a stop in my beloved Agios and Mr. Stratis not only did not refuse, but he did not even think of charging more. If necessary, of course, with the 1000 I will request service from the Mytilene radio taxi. Be good that you do not exploit tourists, but serve them

They take extra money becauce we call a taxi by phone. We should pay about 7 € not 14€…

There is a taximeter that determines the prices. It does not indicate your route but you tell yourself how much a route costs. There are additional charges that are determined by the state. For example, from and to the airport there is an extra charge of 3.86. There is a list of all charges inside the taxis. The call charge is there to pay the costs of the call center. If you do not want to, you can take a taxi from the existing taxi stands. Through our site you can find out about the tariff determined by the state.

Having lived across 3 continents and multiple cities, I'm quite disappointed and have seldom come across such poor services from the likes of one driver at RadioTaxi Mytilene. Taxi number 48 arrived to pick me up for a journey to the airport; the driver, upon arriving, excitedly started speaking to his friends who were on the side of the road. The only problem: he was backing up then going forward to reach me, but in the process, nearly hit me. This was just the beginning, as the driver of taxi number 48 showed extreme carelessness. Apart from random beeps at cars and pedestrians, at one point he decided to pour water from a bigger bottle under his seat to a smaller water bottle (see photo) — all the while "steering" the steering wheel while the taxi was in motion — and this all took place well after the sun had set, and visibility was poor. Finally, I was presented the bill upon arrival: no words, nothing. Unless I somehow offended the driver from the get-go, (which quite frankly, I was much more interested in getting to the airport on-time), I found taxi #48's service to be baffling. Choose RadioTaxi Mytilene at your own risk, not just for the lack of professionalism, but the very real threat of danger that shouldn't occur on an otherwise idyllic and beautiful island.
