I went for a filling and it didn't do a good job, resulting in my tooth hurting every day and when I went to tell him it hurt, he sent me for a root canal without even seeing the problem, even though he was the one who made the mistake. Also, his lack of empathy is indescribable.

I sincerely regret any inconvenience you have suffered and would like to remind you of some facts: the blockage you are referring to was indeed borderline for endodontic treatment, a fact that I pointed out to you immediately after the completion of your treatment.<br>In these borderline (I emphasize) cases and due to your young age, it is common practice to try as much as possible to avoid denervation with ONLY the best interest of our patient in mind. <br>As soon as you informed me of your symptoms and knowing the incident, I immediately referred you to the endodontist specialist for your fastest and most correct treatment. It goes without saying that the correctness of what I am mentioning can be certified by the specialist or any other specialist you prefer.<br>In addition, I immediately sent you your X-ray showing the extent of the tooth damage before treatment in order to help the colleague.<br>Respecting medical confidentiality, I would not like to expand further into a public discussion and I would be truly happy to help you with whatever you need.<br>
